Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with clinical leadership, billing, and compliance to ensure accurate and appropriate documentation.

Requirements

• Fully Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar) Prior experience in psychotherapy Working Conditions: Standard office environment with occasional travel to client locations.

• May involve evening or weekend hours to accommodate client schedules.

• Potential exposure to stressful situations and emergency scenarios.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for 3-4 hours at a time between patient care and documentation.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $90K - $95K

• 401(k) with employer match.
