Operations Associate, Credentialing (Payor Projects)

About the Role

Grow Therapy seeks an Operations Associate to support credentialing and enrollment operations for payor projects. This remote role bridges internal teams and external payor partners to ensure smooth contract launches and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage payor launches including commercial, Medicare, Medicaid contracts.
• Translate payor requirements into operational workflows.
• Review credentialing agreements for risks.
• Liaise between Payor Partnerships and Credentialing Operations.
• Support credentialing and enrollment processes.

Requirements

• 2-4 years program or project management experience.
• Knowledge of payor operations, Medicaid preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
