About the Role

Join SierraVista, part of CommuniCare Health, as an Inpatient Therapist in Johnstown, Colorado. Support patients with acute psychiatric and substance use disorders in a safe, healing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducation.
• Provide one-on-one therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff.
• Assist with crisis intervention and discharge planning.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Current Colorado licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC/LCSW-Candidate).
• Experience in psychiatric or substance use treatment preferred.
