NP/PA - Virtual Health Assessment

About the Role

Join Oscar Medical Group as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant on the Virtual Health Assessment team. This remote role involves virtual patient engagement, preventative care screenings, medication reconciliation, and health coaching primarily in outpatient family medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform virtual health assessments and management visits.
• Outreach to chronically ill members.
• Support Virtual Primary Care and Urgent Care teams.
• Cross-train in urgent care and primary care virtual services.

Requirements

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from accredited program.
• Board certification (NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC).
• Licensed in TX and at least one of OH, NJ.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• 3+ years outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care experience.
• Compact RN license for NPs.

Benefits & Compensation

• Base salary: $104,000 - $136,500 per year.

Work Schedule

• Hours: 8am-8pm EST Monday-Thursday, 8am-6pm Friday & Saturday.
• 8 or 10 hour shifts.
• One late shift per week ending at 8pm.
• Two Saturday shifts per quarter.
