Key Responsibilities

• Duties: Assesses a patient’s psychological status and provides appropriate interventions and treatments.

• Collaborates with medical team and ancillary services to provide appropriate psychological therapy for patient.

• Refers patients to other disciplines for consult and evaluations as indicated.

• Provides psychological expertise and education to multidisciplinary team.

• Acts as consultant for integrated healthcare and works with key staff in areas of quality improvements, education, training, and efficiency targets and outcomes.

• This position reports directly to the Chief Behavioral Health Officer.
