About the Role

Join Baylor Scott & White Health as a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care at the Belton Lake Road clinic. This full-time role focuses on outpatient care for patients of all ages in a team-based setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an average patient volume of 24–25 patients per day.
• Perform comprehensive physical exams and medical histories.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and recommend therapies.
• Counsel patients and families on health management.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Perform invasive procedures within scope.

Requirements

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.
• Texas RN licensure or compact privilege.
• National NP certification in specialty area.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
• Preferred 3+ years of experience; new graduates considered.

Work Schedule

This position offers a balanced schedule with substantial patient volume and team support. Enjoy two 4-day weekends and two 3-day weekends monthly. Moonlighting is permitted for additional income.
