About the Role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) performing per diem home visits in New Bern, North Carolina. You will serve adult and geriatric patients across Pitt, Craven, and Beaufort counties, providing rehabilitative care in patients' homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and safety.
• Document patient care accurately using electronic medical records.

Requirements

• Current North Carolina license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent educational and work experience.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
