BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a full-time Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Lead and inspire a team providing home care to adult clients while growing your career in a mission-driven nonprofit.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate nursing and home health aide staff.
Conduct client assessments and develop care plans.
Supervise field staff and facilitate training.
Build relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners.

Requirements

Registered Nurse with 2+ years experience.
Supervisory experience preferred.
