About the Role

The Clinical Quality Specialist supports and strengthens quality of care at SonderMind. This role is remote or Denver-based and focuses on provider success and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support providers to maintain high-quality care
• Manage provider escalations and investigations
• Monitor clinical adverse events
• Conduct clinical reviews
• Collaborate across teams to improve clinical outcomes

Requirements

• Master’s degree in mental health discipline
• Active clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent)
• 4+ years clinical experience, private practice preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and collaboration skills

• Salary range $72,000 - $82,000
