Key Responsibilities

• Must be Licensed Physical Therapist) Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy- Outpatient Centers Greater Raleigh / Durham Regions (Newly added role due to rapid growth in the area!) Position Overview: Our Regional Directors oversee all aspects of patient care and clinic operations by managing multiple Area & Clinic Directors within an assigned region.

• provide world-class care in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior ana.

• manage accountability of the Area & Clinic Directors through same store growth activities, referral targets.

• develop strong leadership skills.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist within the respective state.

• 5+ years of proven dedication and experience in a multi-site healthcare setting.

• 3+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in outpatient care.
