Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist is responsible for maintaining national standards for HHRG values, evaluating patient clinical needs, and developing/revising the comprehensive plan of care. This role also involves instructing and supervising Home Health Aides, coordinating discharges, and ensuring all documentation reflects skilled care provided.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, along with a current PT license in Massachusetts and one year of clinical experience. CPR certification is required, and general computer skills are preferred.
