About the Role

Forge Health seeks a Licensed Therapist to provide outpatient mental health and substance use care in West Orange, NJ. This role involves individual psychotherapy and group facilitation in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a full outpatient caseload with individual psychotherapy.
• Conduct clinical intakes, assessments, and treatment planning.
• Facilitate mental health IOP groups and support admissions.
• Collaborate with medication management and program staff.
• Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted New Jersey license (LCSW, LSW, LAC, LPC, or LMFT).
• Master's degree in clinical field.
• Experience in outpatient psychotherapy; group facilitation preferred.
• Familiarity with NJ behavioral health regulations.
