Key Responsibilities

Educate patients and families in accordance with the nursing plan of care.

Requirements

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN or higher) and possess current RN licensure in North Carolina or a compact state RN license, along with current BLS Certification. Nurses without a BSN must enroll in a BSN program within two years and complete it within seven years of their start date.
