Key Responsibilities

• Administer therapies per orders and protocols.
• Complete admission processes.
• Perform physical assessments as needed.
• Document patient data accurately.
• Communicate patient status with team.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Educate patients and families on therapy plans.
• Participate in quality improvement.
• Participate in on-call program including after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Provide coverage for colleagues on leave.

Requirements

• MS in Nursing with minimum 2 years nursing experience.
• Experience with IV therapy required.
• Active, unrestricted NP license and Family Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Multi-state licensure if applicable.
• Tuberculosis test and Hepatitis B vaccine or waiver.
