Registered Nurse, RN- Hospice, Full time

Imagine working as a full-time hospice Registered Nurse with BAYADA Home Health Care in the scenic St Johnsbury to Bradford area of Vermont. You will provide compassionate, one-on-one care to patients in their homes, helping them remain comfortable and supported during difficult times.

This role involves making home visits across Windsor, Orange VT, and Grafton NH counties. You will administer medications, perform wound care, treatments, and comfort care, and monitor patient conditions closely. Occasional on-call duties after hours and weekends are required.
