Key Responsibilities

• licensed role provides psychotherapy and substance use disorder (SUD) counseling as part of our integrated Behavioral Health team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy using evidence

• based approaches

• Complete mental health and AODA assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment plans

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy

• WI licensure or eligibility within 6 months (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

• Competency in assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and treatment planning

• Experience working with mental health and substance use concerns
