Nurse Practitioner/Staff Educator

About the Role

Barnard College seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner/Staff Educator to provide primary care to students and lead clinical education initiatives. This role is 80% clinical and 20% administrative, based on campus in New York City.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care including acute and chronic condition management.
• Lead staff education and professional development programs.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Engage in community and campus outreach.

Requirements

• NYS RN and NP licenses.
• ANCC Board Certification.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and DEA certifications.
• 3-5 years clinical experience preferred.
• WHNP or FNP preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary range $120,000 - $130,000 annually.
• Certifications required and supported.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, in-person.
• Participation in after-hours on-call system.
• Occasional evenings or weekends for outreach.
