About the Role

Join Stars as a Bilingual Mental Health Therapist in Sylmar, California. This role supports adults with mental health challenges in a 16-bed crisis residential treatment facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients at treatment start and as needed.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Conduct family collateral and discharge planning.
• Provide direct care addressing physical and psychosocial needs.
• Engage in admission, diagnostic formulation, and referral screening.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or related mental health field.
• Registration or licensure with the Board of Behavioral Science (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).
• Valid California driver's license.
• First Aid certification or obtain within 90 days.

• Salary range: $70,304 to $73,500 annually.
