Addiction Counselor / Therapist (Remote)

About the Role

Join Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health as a remote Addiction Counselor/Therapist based in Arlington, VA. Provide compassionate, evidence-based outpatient treatment for substance use and mental health disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate addiction treatment groups and individual therapy
• Provide case management and develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and referral sources
• Maintain accurate electronic health records
• Facilitate virtual group sessions including one Saturday per month

Requirements

• Relevant counseling license (CAC-ICSACCAC-II, LGSW, LPCLCSW, etc.)
• Minimum two years supervised counseling experience
• Experience with Motivational Interviewing, CBT, trauma-informed care

• Competitive hourly pay $33.65 to $44 based on experience

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
• Rotating Saturday group facilitation once per month
