Bilingual In-Home Youth Therapist
Job Description
Imagine a job where you can truly make a difference in the lives of youth and families in Omaha. As a bilingual in-home youth therapist at Father Flanagan's Boys' Home, you'll provide evidence-based Multisystemic Therapy to juveniles at risk of removal from their homes. You'll carry a manageable caseload of 4 to 6 families, meeting with them 3 to 5 hours weekly.
Enjoy a flexible schedule that fits your life, with no random late-night calls—only on-call for your own caseload. You'll complete documentation from home and collaborate with a supportive team through weekly supervision.
The benefits are generous: a $2,500 hiring bonus plus an additional $5,000 for bilingual therapists, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance including free services at Boys Town Clinics, a 401(k) with a 100% match up to 6%, generous PTO from day one, tuition assistance, and company-paid life and long-term disability insurance.
This role offers a unique chance to work in a mission-driven environment with strong support and meaningful impact. If you have a master's degree and a Nebraska mental health license, this could be your next career move.
