Key Responsibilities

• Visit clients in Senior Living Communities.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements including mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with therapeutic exercises and gait training.
• Continually assess and revise care plans in collaboration with nursing.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care.
• Document observations and interventions using tablet technology.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts.
