Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary and family evidenced-based care.
• Perform administrative duties including clinic opening/closing and inventory.
• Manage patient appointments and follow-ups.
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care.

Requirements

• Master's degree and national board certification.
• State license to practice as an advanced practice nurse.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience or equivalent.
