About the Role

Join Valley View Hospital's comprehensive GI center in Glenwood Springs, Colorado as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner specializing in gastroenterology. Manage patients with swallowing disorders, acid reflux, and Irritable Bowel Disease in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage digestive health patients including swallowing disorders, acid reflux, and IBD.
• Provide outpatient clinical care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Current NP or PA license in Colorado.
• Current DEA license.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• 1-2 years gastroenterology experience preferred.
• No new graduates unless prior digestive health experience.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• No evening or weekend call.
