About the Role

BAYADA Hospice seeks a full-time On Call Registered Nurse in Norwich, VT, serving hospice clients in VT and NH counties. The role involves providing palliative care through home visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to hospice clients.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
• Monitor and report client condition changes.
• Execute and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments.

Requirements

• Current RN license in VT/NH.
• Minimum one year recent clinical experience.
• Hospice or home care experience preferred.
• EMR proficiency preferred.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
