About the Role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a full-time Registered Nurse performing home health visits in North Boston area including Gloucester and Rockport. Provide skilled nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans based on patient needs.
• Make home visits within assigned geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
• Execute and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments and case management.

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• One year recent clinical RN experience required.
• Medicare Home Health/OASIS documentation experience preferred.
