Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ADL’s when necessary.
  • Conduct crisis intervention and support services to consumers of all ages.
  • Conduct mental health and chemical dependency screening for consumers and family members.
  • Coordinate direct admissions between patients' providers, inpatient psychiatrists, and inpatient units.

Requirements

  • LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the State of Indiana required.
  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related field required.
  • 2 + years of experience providing mental health treatment required.
  • Past experience in crisis triage and management, risk assessments, and working with mental health and chemically dependent populations preferred.
