Outpatient Behavioral Health Nurse - RN LPN

About the Role

You will support patients receiving in-office behavioral health treatments in an outpatient setting. Patients remain onsite for approximately two hours per visit, with up to 12 patients per day and 3–4 patients at a time. This role requires strong clinical judgment, organization, and comfort working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support patients during treatment sessions.
• Perform manual and automated blood pressure measurements.
• Administer medications as ordered.
• Order medications and supplies as needed.
• Assist with appointment booking when necessary.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and professional patient experience.

Requirements

• Active Ohio RN or LPN license.
• BLS and CPR certification.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Punctual, dependable, and reliable.
• Comfortable commuting and working onsite in all weather conditions.
• Preference for a more experienced / seasoned nurse.
• Ability to manage multiple patients simultaneously.
