Registered Nurse, RN- Hospice-Per diem

About the Role

Join BAYADA Hospice as a Per Diem Registered Nurse providing compassionate hospice care in Philadelphia and surrounding counties. This role involves home visits to hospice clients, delivering palliative care to help patients remain at home.

Key Responsibilities

• Make home visits to assigned clients.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes.
• Follow and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments as needed.

Requirements

• Current PA Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum one year recent clinical experience.
• Hospice or home care experience preferred.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
