Join Cassia as a Physical Therapist 5000 Bonus in United States. Join Pro Rehab, an established Therapy company with over 35 years of successful business. We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join the team at Valley Manor Care Center, in Montrose, CO!

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess & Diagnose: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve the functional deficits of the patient.
  • Provide Hands-on Therapy: Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use modalities such as but not limited to ultrasound and electrical stimulation as needed.
  • Educate & Support Patients: Provide patient, caregiver, staff education as deemed clinically necessary such as but not limited to: pain management techniques and fall risk safety.

Requirements

  • Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary: $45 - $57/hr
  • Signing bonus: $5,000.
