Key Responsibilities

• include case management, care coordination, health education, consultation, administrative duties, collaboration with the VA, COC and other healthcare service providers.

• Candidates must be familiar with the Los Angeles County health care system, specifically within the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.

Benefits & Compensation
