About the Role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a full-time Physical Therapist performing home health visits in the Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania area. You will serve adult and geriatric clients in their homes, providing personalized physical therapy care.

Key Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements including mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans including therapeutic exercises and gait training.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care.
• Accurately document all observations and interventions using electronic medical records.

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum one year recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Computer skills with EMR experience preferred.
