About the Role

Join a multispecialty medical group in Las Animas County, Arizona, as a Primary Care/Acute Care Clinic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This full-time, permanent outpatient clinic position offers a flexible schedule with 4x10 or 5x8 shifts, including occasional weekend shifts and some extended weekday hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary and acute care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.
• Manage a diverse patient population predominantly solo with professional support.
• Work flexible shifts including occasional weekends and extended weekday hours.

Requirements

• NP or PA credential with relevant licensure.
• New graduates are welcome.

Benefits & Compensation

• Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $135,000 depending on experience.
• Aggressive sign-on bonus up to $20,000.
