About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks Physical Therapists for full-time home health visits in Wilson, NC and surrounding counties. Serve adult and geriatric clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Make home visits in designated territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and assessments.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans.
• Educate clients and families.
• Document care using EMR.

Requirements

• Current NC Physical Therapist license.
• Graduation from accredited PT program.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• EMR experience preferred.
