About the Role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Registered Dietician for per diem home health visits in West Oahu, Hawaii. Provide medical nutrition therapy and education to clients in their homes as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Plan and deliver dietetic education to staff, clients, and caregivers.
• Assess, develop, and counsel clients and families on medical nutrition therapy.
• Document clinical treatment using electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with the home health care team to provide nutritional care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in food and nutrition from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Registered Dietitian in Hawaii.
• Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Registered Dietician in healthcare.
• Prior home health care experience preferred.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
