Key Responsibilities

• Conducts court ordered competency evaluations in accordance with K. S. A. 22

• 3302; document findings in official reports to the court; and provide court testimony on issues of competence when required by the courts.

• Serves as the clinical expert on the treatment team by providing consultation to case managers, providing crisis intervention support for the team and serving as the back

• up to the Team Leader. Job

Requirements

• at the master’s level in the area of focus are required. May require a KS/MO driver’s license, depending on department or agency.
