About the Role

Premise Health seeks a full-time Virtual Primary Care Physician to provide overnight remote care to client employees and dependents. The role includes occupational health services and requires licensure in all 50 states plus DC.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical consultations via video or phone.
• Diagnose and treat episodic, preventive, and acute conditions.
• Conduct histories and examinations.
• Develop treatment plans and provide referrals.
• Maintain medical records using EMR.
• Participate in medical staff activities and training.

Requirements

• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine/Pediatrics.
• Current unrestricted medical license in at least one state.
• DEA certification.
• Minimum 3 years post-residency clinical experience.
• Quiet, uninterrupted workspace.

Work Schedule
