BAYADA Home Health Care seeks an experienced Physical Therapist for full or part-time home health visits in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role serves adult and geriatric patients in South and West Philadelphia, providing rehabilitative care in patients' homes.

Responsibilities include performing diagnostic tests, developing individualized care plans, and educating patients and families. A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license and at least one year of clinical experience are required.
