About the Role
Serve as Associate Chief of Staff for Research and Development at Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System. Lead the research mission including biomedical, clinical, health systems, and rehabilitation research.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and approve research policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with VISN and VACO mandates.
- Lead accreditation efforts for human and animal research programs.
- Monitor legislation and directives affecting research.
- Conduct program assessments and prepare reports.
Requirements
- Permanent full-time position.
- GS 15 pay grade.
- Supervisory status.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $147,945 to $192,331 per year.
- No relocation assistance.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
- No weekends required.
