Physician Virtual Primary Care

About the Role

Join Premise's Virtual Primary Care team as a full-time Physician working overnight shifts remotely. Provide care to employees and dependents across all ages via video or phone. This role requires licensure in all 50 states plus DC.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical consultations including diagnosis and treatment remotely.
• Deliver episodic, preventive, and acute care.
• Provide occupational health services.
• Develop treatment plans collaboratively.
• Maintain medical records using EMR.
• Participate in medical staff activities and training.

Requirements

• MD or DO from accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice, Internal Medicine/Pediatrics.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one US state.
• DEA certification.
• Minimum 3 years post-residency clinical experience.
• Prior telehealth experience preferred.

Work Schedule

• Four 10-hour overnight shifts, Monday-Thursday, 8 PM to 6 AM Central Time.
• One weekend rotation every 4 weeks including Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Thursday.
