About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provides therapeutic interventions to the identified client in order to enhance and foster the client's optimal functioning

• Conduct intake assessments with client and family members utilizing appropriate intake materials and continually assesses client needs, service availability and appropriateness

• Responsible for maintaining and managing all clinical and clerical

Requirements

• Participates in case consultation with Clinical Director for high risk or challenging cases

• Provides therapeutic interventions to the identified client in order to enhance and foster the client's optimal functioning and interactions in the home and community Requirements:

• Ability to manage emotional situations in a calm and professional manner

• Excellent organization and planning
