About the Role
Join VillageMD as a Board-Certified/Board Eligible Family or Internal Medicine Physician at the Conroe clinic in Texas. This is a team-based outpatient primary care practice focused on value-based care and patient-centered services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care to patients in a team-based setting.
- Collaborate with physician leaders and cross-trained care management teams.
- Utilize optimized EMR with telehealth capabilities.
Requirements
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- 2+ years of outpatient clinical experience preferred.
- Current unrestricted Texas medical license or eligibility.
- BLS or ACLS certification.
- DEA registration or eligibility.
