Key Responsibilities

• IEP Development & Implementation: Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) or Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to establish goals, benchmarks, and treatment plans.

• Direct Therapy & Consultation: Deliver direct, hands

• Adaptive Equipment: Identify, order, and adapt equipment (e. g., wheelchairs, standers) to ensure student safety and access.

• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, timely documentation of therapy services to comply with federal, state, and local

Requirements

• Collaboration: Work with teachers, parents, medical personnel, and other professionals, such as Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), to implement comprehensive care. Qualifications:

• Education: Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Licensure: Valid Texas state licensure to practice physical therapy.

• Experience: Previous experience working with school
