Requirements

• Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start
• Board Certified or Board Eligibility
• 2+ years of prior practicing experience is preferred, but not required.
• $399,406 (inclusive of family and internal med, based on experience).
• Clinical doctorate is required.

Work Schedule

• Friday weekly schedule with an option of either working 4 or 5 days per week
• Minimal call
