About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Weekend Physical Therapist to provide home health care to adult and geriatric patients in Marlborough, MA and surrounding towns. Flexible per diem, part-time, or full-time options available.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to clients.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Continually assess and revise therapy plans.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care.
• Document observations and interventions using electronic tablets.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum one year recent clinical experience.
