Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients requiring rehabilitation services.
• Develop and administer treatment programs with specific goals.
• Document patient progress and educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate patient goals.

Requirements

• Doctorate or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Passed the NPTE.
• Graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year of experience.
• Current state license or in process for Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR certification.
