About the Role

This position is for an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) in Family Medicine providing full-spectrum ambulatory care including chronic disease management, acute and urgent care, and wellness for adult and pediatric patients. The role involves float coverage across multiple UCHealth/Department of Family Medicine clinics in the Denver metro area.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and virtual ambulatory care.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with medical staff and other health professionals.
• Participate in educational and research activities.
• No after-hours call participation.

Requirements

• Masters or Doctor of Nursing Practice degree.
• Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner license in Colorado.
• Completion of required provisional prescription hours.
• National certification by ANCC or AANP.
• Minimum 3+ years FNP experience in ambulatory family medicine.
• Comfortable with Epic EHR.

• Salary range: $101,450 - $147,522 annually.
