About the Role
Remote role. No weekends. $150K-$200K. Loan repayment up to $200K. Work M-F 8a-4:30p CST/EST. Leadership position. Actually have a life. Seriously.

- Provides leadership, management, and oversight of providers and/or programs that support VISN CRH Occupational Health delivery of care.
- Collaborates in the development and maintenance of written policies and procedures defining operational requirements for the CRH Occupational Health program.
- Functions as the CRH Occupational Health subject matter expert and enforces Occupational Health and CRH policies and procedures.
- Participates in recruitment and selection of all new CRH Occupational Health staff with a significant and active role in the selection of applicants.
- Ensures the CRH Occupational Health program is compliant with all regulatory and accrediting body requirements (e. g., TJC, DEA, FDA, etc.).
- Travels to provide training and implementation of CRH Occupational Health services.
