Benefits & Compensation

• Provides leadership, management, and oversight of providers and/or programs that support VISN CRH Occupational Health delivery of care.
• Collaborates in the development and maintenance of written policies and procedures defining operational requirements for the CRH Occupational Health program.
• Functions as the CRH Occupational Health subject matter expert and enforces Occupational Health and CRH policies and procedures.
• Participates in recruitment and selection of all new CRH Occupational Health staff with a significant and active role in the selection of applicants.
• Ensures the CRH Occupational Health program is compliant with all regulatory and accrediting body requirements (e. g., TJC, DEA, FDA, etc.).
• Travels to provide training and implementation of CRH Occupational Health services.
