About the Role
Serve as a Licensed Practical Nurse within the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) providing complex practical nursing care to Veterans in CBOCs and Specialty Clinics.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with PACT team to deliver patient-centered care.
- Manage care for diverse Veteran populations including geriatrics and psychiatric needs.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
- Ability to work independently in complex nursing assignments.
