Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients’ physical conditions, limitations, and rehabilitation needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide therapy in accordance with the physician’s Plan of Care

Supervise and coordinate care with PTAs and HHAs

Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)

Minimum 1 year of PT experience preferred

OASIS and WellSky (Kinser) experience preferred (training provided)

Current CPR certification

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $80/visit

15 days PTO.

Work Schedule

Part-Time position.

Flexible scheduling available.
