Nutrition Assistant - Part-Time (Remote - EST)

About the Role

The Nutrition Assistant supports patients and families in meeting nutritional goals within a virtual eating disorder treatment program. This part-time remote role involves direct meal support, menu planning, and administrative assistance to Registered Dietitians.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide meal supervision and support via messaging and live sessions.
• Perform quality assurance on patient menus and update personalized plans.
• Lead cooking sessions and create educational content.
• Assist with administrative tasks including chart reviews and care coordination.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in nutritional services or pursuing a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Experience in eating disorder or mental health programs preferred.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and work remotely.
